@abbeyskitchen: Replying to @bellz 🐛 Can you really eat foods like sugar in moderation??? There’s a reason that dietitians preach moderation, and it’s because a balanced approach is often the key to long term success and healthy habits that stick. You don’t need to give up everything you love to reach your health goals- healthy is only healthy if you actually eat it! #moderation #everythinginmoderation #balancedeating #cleaneating
Soon as I hear someone demonizing seed oils, I’m out.

Why do dietitians just cherry pick whatever studies they want to believe? There are also many studies that show how bad sugar is for you.

I get so much hate when I enjoy foods in moderation being diabetic. I get comments why are you eating fruit, it has sugar. Why are you eating bread it has carbs, why are you eating this n that. It gets so tiring

The seed oil stuff needs to stop. It's complete bunk and if you actually read the material, the key takeaway is that everyone just needs to eat less fried food, regardless of fat used.

And I would hope that a person isn’t eating all those things in one day. Maybe today you’re eating the chocolate, but not the granola etc.

I used to hate asparagus. But if I sprinkle a little bit of seasoning and Parmesan cheese on it? Absolute heaven. If bacon bits and a tad of Caesar dressing helps me eat my salad then I’m gonna add those two things to it. 🤣

I’ve lost 100 pounds (I have 200 to go). I eat meat, carbs, fat, sugar, and many other varieties of foods. I just eat less of them and only when I want them.

Hi, I appreciate your feedback on this video. However, I think you have seem to get the point of the video wrong. The point was that it is almost impossible to have something in moderation because 99% of items in the grocery store, have refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial dyes, or seed oils. And most people don't just have one of those items a day it's usually coffee syrup added to your coffee, a yogurt bowl with refined sugar, granola with added sugar and seed oils, protein bars, with artificial sweeteners and seed oils, it adds up quickly when majority of the grocery store is ultra processed junk food:)

Thank you for saying this because I have seen this creator all over my feed and she preaches a toxic approach to all foods that creates a sense of shame, when it comes to balance

I eat chips, I also eat salads, I eat wingstop, I also make homemade meals. Moderation is key for having a good relationship with food. As someone who didn’t have a good relationship with food for the longest time.
