This is the New Zealand traditional lolly cake 🙈. We use malt biscuits and we add chopped up hard marshmallows.

I made this the other day and I thought it was a bit too wet . But carried on and popped it in the fridge and omg when we cut it myself and my son we ate the whole lot in two days 🤣 kept just making cuppas I am going to make the fudge ones today ❤
