A 2013 study literally measured how attractive endometriosis patients’ are while they thought they were receiving healthcare. It took 7 years to retract - the same time it takes to GET an endometriosis diagnosis. Meanwhile, millions of people with endometriosis wait 7+ years for diagnosis because research money goes to... rating women's bodies instead of finding cures. Dr. Kate Young said it perfectly: "We do research about women, but not for women." Time to change that. Depending on when and where a study it done, it’s not unethical. It’s good information to expand the study to include more groups of people.
