That’s a b.s. stop. I’m guessing there’s probably a statute he’s going to quote from whatever state you’re in that states you can’t have anything obstructing your view out the windshield? I’m guessing you hadn’t better turn on your wipers because they also will obstruct your vision too. I wonder how many persons of colour he’s ticketed for that same reason? Maybe it’s because you have more than one air freshener hanging and his vision through your windshield was obstructed driving behind you?
