What does it say above and below the image of the flag? There are words on the back, too. Maybe it’s one of those shirts meant to incite anger and stir up problems in public, not just a simple American flag tee. No business should let employees wear rage-bait apparel at work, so if that’s the case then he’s doing the right thing.
