What? There was literally a scene where Katherine tries to pass through Bonnie, and then she was dragged by a wind. Bonnie literally knew Katherine, for some reason, wasn’t on the other side. She just didn’t even care.

Bc Kathrine was human when she was dying the first time. Humans don’t pass through the anchor just supernatural creatures. Vampires, witches, and wolves. Not even the doppelgängers pass through (Amara didn’t)

Well, Bonnie saw Katherine’s spirit after she died the first time. So even though she didn’t pass through her. She assumed Katherine was dead, and must have moved on another way.

In my opinion, I do think body didn’t know that she didn’t pass, but I think she just didn’t pay no mind because she didn’t care about katherine in the end of the day. The only thing I wanna do was get rid of her.

let me add something that doesn't make sense.Elaine's sire bond too damen because he turned her and she was in love with him before she turned.But damon and stefen weren't sired to katherine but they were in love with her before they turned. and it's her blood that turned them
