Did this for my daughter last year for her junior year. A week later she told me I never did anything to show her I loved or cared about her. Today she started senior year. I put a cute note on her car (yes HER CAR) for her to see this morning and sent her a “you made it to senior year” Crumbl Gift card to get a treat after school on her last first day. She came home and started a huge blow up at me today. Parenting teens is so freaking hard! I’ll keep doing it though!
