I messed up so you don’t have to and here is how I made it: Here’s everything you need (save this for later!) 🧵 Materials • Fabric: 1.5 yards (cotton or cotton canvas) • Medium-weight fusible interfacing (same size as exterior pieces) • Matching thread • Ruffle foot (optional) • Snaps or clips for straps 📏 Cutting Measurements • Body (Exterior & Lining): 30” W × 16” H (2 pieces total ) • Circular Base (Exterior & Lining): 9.5” diameter (2 pieces total) • Ruffle: 50” W × 5” H (cut 1) • Removable Straps: 5” W × 16” L (cut 2, fold in half lengthwise) • Interfacing: Same as exterior body & base 🪡 Instructions 1. Cut all fabric & interfacing. Fuse interfacing to exterior pieces. 2. Sew exterior into a cylinder and attach to circular base. 3. Sew ruffle and attach to exterior top edge. 4. Sew lining into a cylinder, attach base, and leave a small gap for turning. 5. Place exterior inside lining (right sides together), sew around top. 6. Turn right side out through the lining gap and close it. 7. Make straps: fold lengthwise, stitch, turn right side out, and attach snaps or clips. 8. Done!
