@naturefit_cole: 90lb adjustable dumbbells!! Now I can lift heavy and get stronger. Love all the incremental changes of weights and how smooth it is. Saves me a ton of space and money instead of having individual weights. They also have a 52.5lb set if you don’t need something as heavy. Check the link on the bottom left corner of the video. #dumbbells #dumbbellworkout #homegym

Waterdrag0nn :

Anyone knows you don’t need high weights just repeated reps until fail. You build more muscle while your muscle is under tension

Marty Maxwell :

Are the weights all metal or plastic wrapped. I don’t like toxic plastic smell

Yoab Garcia :

The poor delivery man

Spooky_Hollows :

So what happens if it rotates when you are lifting

Justin Because :

At this point, its definitely intentional.

Mario Furnari :

good for beginners with little money to spend

Johnny K AllDay :

Not a single rep done

Hold My Beer! :

How do they hold up dropping them 🤔

Deacon Malfoy :

I have the bowflex ones and I hate the handle, but these look smoother 🤔

Jonathon Torrez Wolfe-Robinson :

Those look like the old bowflex dumbbells …🤔

chadishere2 :

Why does it go 77 to 90. The bowflex ones go up by 5s.

stevo_626 :

90lb total? 45 each?

Mr Yo :

How many rest days do you take

Crystal Aura 💚☘️ :

Perfect if you don’t have space for a full gym 💪

I’m not mentally prepared :

Please tell me that delivery guy didn’t need to carry 180 😭

M A S O N :

What happens if you twist it mid rep?

Joe :

Is it just one?

daddypig :

They need to offer a stand to put the trays on

Toxic Tofu :

Suavéy Music :

Too expensive for me

Spc Charles :

Is the plates metal?

Webt :

Unbranded version of the bow flex ones

Terry Turner :

Haven’t seen you in a while. Glad to see you back. Hopefully all is well.

Mr Herbie :

Those are definitely awesome 😎

PHX_AZ_Chandler_az_Kazz :

you have the same washer and dryer I have!
