Basically the reason why they are obsessed with that is because of what you said and it’s literally their poster child of what they consider beauty as their standard which is messed up. To the type of people you were talking about having blue eyes and blonde hair is there creme Dela cram beauty standard. Their poster children of what they consider attractiveness.
