Makes me feel better as a consumer that recently received a brand new large kisslock bag right off the show room floor (In Vegas) and it was thrown in a box and shipped to me here in Texas. That’s a lot of $$$ that I worked hard for a product to be shipped so poorly. I may just reach out to them in the spirit of transparency so they can clean up their shops.
