I know many abused women, but most of them think that this is normal or acceptable. They don't know about boundaries and rights, so they don't know when they're being violated. They would even defend their spouses and find excuses for their abusive behaviour. They would go further and blame women who don't accept being treated that way and say things like "Being obedient to your husband is a must...". So, I don't feel sorry for many of them for tolerating such behaviour, and for being responsible for raising such men in our society, they're contributing to the women's suffering and bad situation. It's both cultural and religious, and it's even harder to change when it has religious roots.

Many men are very bad around the world, and there are many men are crazy in the world, and that has nothing to do with your Nationality. Perhaps the education needs to be better, and there are many issues needs to be addressed. Sorry to hear about your experience. That’s sad. In general I would recommend any one not to marry someone from a different country unless you have a huge capability of adaptation. Otherwise it won’t work. Someone has to sacrifice, and of course it would be better if both parties sacrificed for each others, so the relationship could work.

you clearly don't know what you r talking about, women can file for 17 legal cases after she divorce her husband. husband literally can do nothing. if couple got divorced kids have 4 custody relatives before the father get the kid 1. mom 2. her mom 3. her family 4 the father parents then Husband comes after
