Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid and glycerin. Those are the most basic hydrating ingredients you can find in any skincare line.

I’m a skin therapist and you’re skin is not that bad, you’re skin is moisturized but dehydrated and oily, drink more water, get some hyaluronic acid for hydration and get niacinamide for the excess oil
