@eczema.awareness26: #babytok #fyp #eczemaflareup #eczemaawareness Sometimes I get tired of explaining to people who jeep saying cut off the dairy this and that but they have no idea how much we cut off our dairy in our daily diet and still eczema got triggered but different thing. I've been 5 months dairy free in my diet also gluten. it's devastating to eat not normal foods and diet but I have to sacrifice for my little one but even though I still cut off all the dairies and gluten and wheat there's always still something can trigger his eczema out of no where I even cut off black peppers and spices in my food. and even his food I keep feeding him anti inflammatory but some things will still trigger his eczema bad. and the only thing that can truly calm him down from constantly itching is giving him cetirizine before bedtime but only if I have to give him or if he really nonstop itching his skin then I have to.
When I have flare-ups the itch is so intense. Try to relieve his itch by patting whre it itches or putting ice on it. Its horrible feeling not being able to scratch. I have eczema on my hands and I would rather have open wounds then to be itchy.
