I felt so much better post partum after my second baby I made the same mistake/ went for a long walk a week post partum and felt like my uterus was going to fall out. 0/10 do not reccomend 😅😅

If you don’t track the feedings/diapers what do you tell the pediatrician when they ask? That is my concern

i want to stop tracking sleep so bad (it causes me sooooo much stress) but feel like i rely so heavily on wake windows. do you just follow baby’s cues instead?

Not tracking feedings and sleep was a game changer for my postpartum anxiety the second time around. You will know when your baby is hungry and trying to stick to a textbook “wake window” will drive you to insanity.
