they only thing that works is to get rid of the source such as plants, rotten food or rubbish food containers

This won’t get rid of em. This will lure ones that are flying about. The only thing that gets rid of em is to throw you rubbish out daily and don’t leave good waste about, clean up regular eliminating odours, and take the trap and over flow off your sink a deep clean and get rid of eggs already there. That’s the only way

ladies and gents. you dont need ridiculous sometimes expensive 'fly traps'. get a glass (so you can watch the magic happen) pour a little bit of apple cider in it (they love it) cover with cling film and poke some holes... thats it. they will smell it thanks to the holes and the apple cider will suffocate them
