Modern computers are designed to handle frequent power cycling with no significant damage to components—the idea of "electrical shocks" harming your PC at startup is a myth. Leaving your computer in sleep mode overnight uses only a small amount of power (about 3-4 watts for a desktop), costing just a few extra zlotys per year compared to completely shutting it down. For example, in Poland, the additional monthly cost is less than one PLN. Hibernate mode uses even less power and is safe in case of power outages, but takes longer to resume. In summary: sleep mode is convenient, safe for your hardware, and the extra electricity cost is negligible—choose the power-saving mode that best fits your daily routine.

actually, no it doesnt, sleep mode actually just doesnt take power from ram so it doesnt erase data from it, unless full shutdown, when in sleep, the ram has the os already loaded, when cold starting it, loads os from ssd to ram but in sleep mode, the os is already loaded, and the ssd is 1000x faster than the fastest m.2 ssd so that is why when u wake it up, you have the lock screen almost instantly

this is only true if you're actually switching off the psu, which no one does

A. this is incorrect, I less you are unplugging it every night it is still maintaining power, the motherboard even has a battery on it to keep the cmos and other aspects of the motherboard powered so there's no loss of information or "cold start"
B. Every time I put my PC in sleep mode it randomly wakes up in the middle of the night and wakes me up with the RGBs so it'll be a cold day in hell when I start putting it in sleep mode every night
