Um I care what others wear. If I see a cute outfit on someone, I compliment it. I like seeing people dressed up. And I know many others who do too. Plus even if noone cares, I know what I am wearing and I want to look good even if noone will see me

I tell my kids this all the time… “No one is thinking about you. They’re thinking about themselves.” Both kids—now teenagers—are incredibly confident and excellent public speakers. They realize no one is really paying attention to them and they can just be themselves.

This way of thinking has helped me this past year. Now before I purchase something I ask myself “Do I like this item because I like it or do I feel like it will get me some imaginary outcome?” “ Will I wear this item regularly?”

The thing people dont get is that okay the products got you there, but you need discipline to get what you want out of the products, with the skincare example - after I tell them everything i do for my skin they say “oh thats too much work” yes but if you dont put it in it wont work

After my mom passed, her prized possessions and collections being sold for just pennies was a wake up call. It’s only valuable if you can find exactly the same person who cares about it. Even if she did during her lifetime, she would have never sold it, so it’s the same result: worthless.
