As a teenager attending Potomac High School in Oxon Hill, MD. I knew we were blessed to see in person and up close Chuck Brown and The Soul Searchers and Experience Unlimited at Hilcrest Heights Recreation Center. When we got the news Chuck Brown passed. The DMV cried and mourned because we lost a family member.
