they started in Guatemala and have expanded to all of Central America. They’ve been around since before I was born. (I’ll be 39 this year). I was so happy when they came to Vegas. If you like empanadas, try that next. Their grilled chicken is also amazing… way more flavorful than el pollo loco.

Oh, btw, if you want to compare just fried chicken, try Jollibee! That’s filipino fried chicken. It’s been voted as the best fried chicken in the U.S. two years in a row. My husband is Filipino. That’s how I got introduced to that one. They have regular and (very) spicy. .
