i do a hollow body where i bounce a little up and down to engage my core and i do it for 10 seconds, then 10 seconds on each side, then 10 seconds normal again, so 40 seconds total, i highly recomend this ngl, iv been doing it for maybe 1 week every day, and i can already hold a front lever longer than i did before i started, so i can def see improvements. now i do go to gymnastics, so my core is a bot stronger than average, so dont be discuraged if you dont see massive changes quickly, because they will come, just keep training, no matter what the excersize😁✌️
