To be honest, that drive way should only be the car width and nothing more than that. He doesn’t need all that space just to park his car. Fix the gating and the road and probably paint the road to make it more obvious to not park there. Not hating but just saying yk?

Maybe they see you letting people park there when you’re not going somewhere and so they figure they can do it because they don’t know if you’re leaving or not. Maybe it just needs to be hard rule no parking in your driveway whether you’re leaving or not.

Some ppl do park like Aholes, but because theres old, raised asphalt only on PART of the driveway, I would think thats what people are thinking is the driveway (like this lady - she is leaving enough room for you to get out). Clean it up, level it out to make it look more uniform, then paint lines along the perimeter to help!

people act entitled and think they can park wherever they want and do whatever they want they don't care. I once lived near a school and people used to park in front of my driveway & in my driveway all the time. "well it's just for a minute" manners have disappeared

Can you paint " loading zone" or something on the pavement to differentiate the area. there's a barely even a curb marking the pavement from the sidewalk from what it looks like.
