i had a Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell that reminded me exactly of Micheal Scott. Instead of 'That's what she said' jokes, he constantly made 'You're mom' jokes any chance he got, even if it didn't really make sense. He was loud and cracked jokes even in meetings. He would get excited anytime anyone would clock in because that meant someone else to talk to that day. He always had a smile on his face, even when the employees would be mean to him. He would procrastinate a lot, and he loved having fun and making sure we were happy more than anything because he believed in if you were having fun, you'd work better. If a rule didn't make sense to HIM, he didn't care about it too much, only warning us not to do it in front of our GM or the cameras. I remember he got upset when i told him i couldn't be friends with him like i can other people because he's my boss, and he didn't understand because to him i was 'just a homie'.

Same. I don’t know if it’s weird or what people think but I used to get made fun of when I was a kid because I just wanted to have a big family. I grew up in a broken home. I never got married or had any kids, but I don’t let it get me down too much. I’ve had the opportunity to fill the father role for some kids along the way and I have some pretty freaking cool friends!
