They keep raising our internet ALONE every year. Started at $79, went to $99, then to $106, $108, $111…. No one ever told us why. And it’s the ONLY Internet in our area we can even use

I see so much hate about Spectrum but I've had them for 3 1/2 years. Currently $65 for 1 gig internet. Maybe 5 or 6 outages in that time. Customer service is usually good. I live in small Ohio town. I feel bad for y'all.

Bill started out at $40 dollars a month. After being a loyal customer for 5 years who had never missed a payment, they raised just my internet to 89.99 a month. Called them, rep told me that there is nothing they can do and it’s the “industry standard.”

I was paying a lot till I called them! And they tried to convince me to get a free phone line I said look I just want a lower plan i picked the 50$ because the 30$ would be slow , but yeah call and tell them you want to Change your plan or your going to another company
