I'm gonna ask the question where were the parents of this child or the other children that they didn't notice the child underwater for 4 minutes and then didn't notice until after the life guard had saved the child that something was wrong?

Yeah, but where was the mum and all the other kids? Did they not notice? That’s not right? He should have not been blame for that. Five years old I should go in there as a parents with my child.
