@belazu_co: Tomatinis are our drink of the summer. 🍅   Sweet with the best @iowtomatoes, slightly savoury and a little tart in the best way.   Get them in for your next aperitivo hour whilst tomatoes are still in their prime.   Ingredients (serves 1)   3 Isle of Wight Cherry Tomatoes, muddled 1/2 Isle of Wight Vine Tomato, muddled 5ml/1tsp sugar syrup 50 ml vodka 15 ml Belazu White Condimento Flaky sea salt   Method   1. Shake well with ice, until the shaker is cold 2. Double strain into a martini glass 3.
