A lot of police officers have the same psychological profile as juvenile delinquents. Look it up. They just went the other direction. Problem is they are also on the low end of the intelligence scale. Not all but a big percentage. This is why we have officers with no deescalation skills and actually ramp up the situation to a potentially lethal ending.
