Try it and tag me! d’EATS -2 1/2 cups flour -1 cup soft butter -1/2 cup brown sugar -1/4 cup powder sugar -1 egg -2 tsp vanilla Blueberry jam -2 cups frozen blueberries -1/2 cup granulated sugar How to: Start by making your blueberry jam. Add your blueberries and sugar to a sauce pan on medium heat. Allow your sugar and blueberries to breakdown. Cook on medium heat until reduced in half. This takes about 10 minutes Pour into a separate bowl and set to the side. Start by preheating your oven to 350F Poptart dough In a large bowl combine your butter, brown sugar and powder sugar. You can mix by hand but if you have a stand, or power mixer it will be easier. Mix until butter and sugar are creamed together. Add in your egg and vanilla and mix again. Add in your flour and mix until a dough forms. It may seem dry at first but keep mixing! Split your dough and add 3/4 to a lined 9x9 baking dish. Press dough until it is flat. Take the other 1/4 of your dough and place it on a clean and floured surface. Roll it out until it’s 1/2” thick and cut into small strips. Once your blueberry jam has slightly cooled. Add 1 cup to your 9x9 baking dish then top with your sliced dough Bake in the oven on 350F for 30 minutes.
