Realizing that there is no such thing as good and evil is a major part of healing. Everything happens for a reason and exactly when you need it to happen for your own growth. You can take this as a trauma or a lesson.

I feel this deeply… I’ve been through something similar, and I totally get the pain behind these words. What I’ve learned through my own healing is that true freedom comes when we’re able to release the resentment, not for them, but for ourselves. Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was okay… it just means we’re choosing peace. And often, these people show up in our lives to help us remember our worth, to finally choose ourselves. I know for me I’ve been healing from my past trauma and for me it’s only me vs me I don’t maliciously try and hurt any one person..I love hard and I found out haw to be soft but if you want to talk about it I’m always around
