Funny. Me as german, I mostly stare at someone because I am fascinated or interested in someone in a positive way cause of someones appearance. However sometimes I need to checkout if someone could be dangerous in some way but in this case, after that feeling, I would immediatly look in another direction. I feel like we simply have to checkout another person and we also stare at someone without thinking anything or just drifting away with our thoughts. There are so many ways why we do that but rarely because someone has a bad appearance. Expect the elders. They are judging! 😅🤣
