our houses are more expensive, but our salaries are also higher. The houses in Nigeria are cheaper than Texas, but I wouldn't wanna live there - and I also wouldn't want to live in Texas. (which is currently ranked as the worst place to live in the US)

The minimum wage is what in Texas? Cuz its damn near $17 here and Seattle is the most expensive city in the country so it hikes Washingtons home avg up considerably. a 1million dollar house in seattle is 300,000 45 miles away lol

Yes, homes are more expensive than they are in Texas, but when I moved here to Seattle I got a 61% cost of living pay increase. so I'm also making tons more money than the three states I lived in before Washington. ♥
