Healey and the Democrats have systematically destroyed the cost of living in this state for decades, primarily through their green energy building regulations. As someone who has been in the building industry in Massachusetts for four decades, I can tell you that my colleagues are abandoning the profession in droves because of the absurd building regulations designed to make homes more energy efficient. The reality is, they aren’t creating better homes; they’re just constructing more expensive ones. This mindset obliterates 70% of the market that can actually afford these homes. Meanwhile, these same individuals who advocate for affordable housing are the loudest voices in support of regulations that make it impossible to build homes that people can afford. It's utterly ironic and downright infuriating.

Then they go to red state like Oklahoma. They can afford it, but no jobs, no social life and they’re surrounded by maga weirdos. I say stay up north, get a roommate until your income increases. Have a good life
