@lovehannah_h: “You make motherhood look easy.” It’s not easy. I have to chose everyday to still show up for myself. In the very beginning, I was feeling depressed. My body didn’t look the same. I couldn’t workout. I was in pajamas all day. Tired. No make up and dirty hair. As soon as I got the green light to workout, I made sure I was moving. I got dressed in my matching sets. I figured out ways to be able to do my hair and make up again. Looking better helped me a better mom. It’s never easy but it’s doable. On the Internet, it looks like I bounced back quickly but the Internet doesn’t see the hard days, the messy house, and couch rotting.
