ophtho vet tech here! he likely has an ulcer. green/yellowish discharge is often sign if an infected ulcer. the eyewash is good but if its infected antibiotic drops will be needed (tobramycin or ofloxacin are usual go tos for infections)- avoid anything with a steroid (dex) in it if there is an active ulcer as it can slow healing. poor minion!
