I have served for awhile now and mind you only circular trays and now I got a new job and they only have large rectangle trays and it's so weird trying to carry and maneuver it any tips??

we were taught to have majority of the weight on the lower part of the thumb and never to have fingers take majority of the weight specially on heavier trays. Tendonitis speedrun. See what career waiters look like, everything blown out . majority of weight goes to the lower part of thumb muscle, and the fingers just balance it
