If you flip a main breaker panel that is horizontal on/off, does the height requirement change? Since its between this height and that height the breaker has to be it would make the breaker lower if you flip it upside down?

You can change the lugs and where it bolts on to the buss on that 3phase panel. So you could bottom feed that 3phase panel. I’ve never seen a 3phase panel for residential!! See something new everyday
