You can only be a good citizen if you have the funds to keep yourself afloat. How can you even begin to care about the wider world if you’re in poverty? Most of the country makes less than $50k a year and 20% of our population makes less than $15k a year. You’re telling me that the richest country on the planet can’t figure out how to keep a fifth of their population out of poverty? We should be repulsed by American corporate greed. I feel like I was born in a pyramid scheme.

Being an american citizen is being on the hook for the governments 35 trillion debt to investors while ignoring the 100 trillion plus in totally unfunded liabilities for boomer benefits no other generation will EVER receive. 💯😂
