I have a theory. : dexter kills Al and then puts him in the back of his car, then those thugs from the trailer try to rob dexter and open the trunk and then we see blessing go In there with a sword scaring them or killing them and then blessing saw al in the trunk and that's why blessing asks dexter what Harrison would think if him if he found out he killed a person, then he says just 1? meaning blessing doesn't know hes a serial killerand there's more proof since the kill room is in a place with hair and al obv liked hair, ALSO THERES A SCENE WHERE BATISTA FINDS DEXTER KILLING AL BECAUSE HES POINTING A GUN IN THE PLACE WHERE THE HAIR IS!!
