my wife has suffered with alzheimers/ dementia for over 4 years now and doesn't realise if and when she requires food and drink. When I provide it she has to be reminded to eat and drink and food now has to be cut in to bite size easy chewable pieces.

I worked in a Respite Cottage. Approx 6 clients. They loved my home cooked Roast Dinners and Rice Puddings.
