ppl also never consider how finicky being stealth is either. the second someone finds out or word gets around for whatever reason, you can easily lose your "privilege" of being stealth in any social setting, because most people, if they're transphobic, could not care less about how well you pass.

this depends. i socially transitioned at age 8, never looked back. i've never experienced sexism, oppression, or anything of the sort. i am able to relate to women's issues as much as a cis man can, not more.

Somehow people can grasp the concept of “not seeing color” being racist, but not grasp “not seeing transness” as transphobic. Being trans doesn’t make someone less of the gender they are.

Isn’t the flip side of this: “Trans women aren’t the same as cis women. They’re TRANS.” If trans men are different from cis men because they’re socialized as women, shouldn’t trans women be different from cis women because they’re socialized as men? Y’all never interrogate the reverse of this

Hey so this is insane. I transitioned and will continue to transition to be a man. I hate being trans, its a burden on my life, and I will become as close to a cis man as I can because thats the only way to alleviate my dysphoria.
