I like pad thai..but I don't think I will have pad that anymore after being the amount of oil used in making it. looks like it was almost 1 cup of coil used there. I have made pad thai at home . I used may be 1 to 2 tea spoonful oil for a plate of pad Thai. now I know why restaurant pad Thai is so better than the one I make at home
