If someone on the street walked up to me and told me they lost 100 pounds through diet & exercise, I would literally be wowed & would immediately tell them how incredible they were. So why can’t I feel that way for myself sometimes? More often than not I find myself comparing my progress to others. Or comparing my body to one of the incredible women that I follow here in the fitness space, instead of being proud of my own hard work and progress. So this morning when I caught a glimpse of myself in the oven glass while getting my daughter off to school & had a little voice say “HEY!! Look at you!! You did it!”……. I wanted to stop and document it. I am an empath through & through so feeling extreme pride & happiness for others comes easy. But for some reason when it comes to myself, I have a hard time feeling that pride. It’s something I really want to work on, so I’m starting here by posting this 🫶🏼
