I feel really confused when I hear PCOS advice like this… is extremely painful, heavy periods not an extremely common symptom of PCOS?? If I ovulated regularly I would be in a constant cycle of never ending haemorrhagic painful bleeding due to PCOS and endo, so I just feel lost.
