Why do you consider Delo a subpar oil, I have been running it for years with a gallon of Lucas in my ISX and been doing great.

I want to see John Deere oil. People are swearing by it. Drivers and farmers are putting it in the trucks as well as tractors.

Look up “the motor oil geek”. You’ll learn more than just a useless bearing test. You’d be surprised what you see from actual runtime then just a bench bearing test…

Unrelated question but would ceramic coating help with burning pistons on a big cam? Or any motor without a power “stopper”?

Try two stroke oil as an additive. My dad use to swear by adding two stroke to your oil will help with longevity.

I ran the Prolube in my C-15 with T6 and when I sent off oil sample it came back horrible. Took 3 more oil changes of just T6 to get oil sample to come back normal.
