it's not bad, it's a good monster movie for sure but the main problem were creators, they were better off calling it The best from 20,000 fathoms. In this day in age Godzilla for sure has different versions that people prefer which is a cool easy to look at it (as it's own thing) but Toho did reclaim the rights and rebranded him as Zilla which in imo is a distant relative to the creature Godzilla

The movie itself wasn't terrible. To me, the design was the worst part. They tried to make him look more like a t-rex than a Godzilla.

to be honest zilla is my favorite kaiju he is very underrated and it also gave us one of the best animated adaptations and helped introduce many many many people to hodzilla and kaijus
