One of those personal pizzas is 400 calories. He is eating 2 at a time and you’re adding extra cheese and pepperonis to it. That’s easily over 1000 calories for one meal, and that is entirely too much, especially for a child. I’m not trying to be rude, but I was fed this way as a child and I’ve spent my entire adult life breaking those habits.

SLP here! Extremely limited food repotoires (less than 10 foods) could be a sign of a GI issue. Your son would qualify for outpatient feeding therapy and they can guide you with GI referral while also working to increase his food acceptance. Just call around to some outpatient therapy clinics and ask if they have any speech therapists or occupational therapists that specialize in feeding! I can tell he would be a so fun to work with!
