At this time I cannot afford beef liver or meat very often so I’m concentrating on the salt, eggs, some goat milk, butter, and the masters cleanse. I figured the goat milk is probably better than beef/beef liver for now but idk. Life just got complicated for a while 😝 But my eyes are my next priority
