For my whole life, I have always judged people for who they are and not what they look like. Gaining weight and being bigger is not a bad thing, and I hate that society makes us think it is. It doesn’t affect who you are as a person. Just love yourself and ignore the rude people of the world, because you deserve to be happy :)

Girl I feel your pain. I worked at Panda Express in college and that was a main source of my meals cause I could eat anything and however much I wanted. & there was usually leftovers and I hate food waste so what we didn’t give out to people I got to take home. I gained so much, and I’m still figuring out how to lose it 5 years later 😭 I started portion controlling last month & working out 4 days a week with weekly meetings with a personal trainer. I’ve lost 10 lbs in less than a month!
