What’s the difference between just buying the pump and buying it with the case? I don’t want to spend more than I need to but I’m desperate to finding a good pump before I have my daughter next week.

Do the $95 green ones come with one or two? I ordered a mom cozy brand and didn’t realize it was just one pump. I want it to come with 2 but if you open the box it can’t be returned so I just want to make sure before I buy.
