@lace.aiko: not hot, or glamorous like most of my posts... I know, but this is the real me lol. I can't lie it's exhausting working 10-12 hour shifts, over night shifts, and still trying to do my social media side of things well. But I have to say if there's 1 huge thing l've learned during my first years as a nurse it's: Gratitude is everything! I see lots of people with poor health, troubling situations, and other far more unfortunate circumstances on a near-daily basis. I know many of them would do anything to switch health with me or others with a more fortunate current situation. I'm always striving to be a better person with more love and gratitude for my life. Being a nurse keeps me compassionate, for-filled, and grounded in reality.
